How issues are handled for custom printed orders

Custom printed products

All products are printed to order based on the size, material, finishing and artwork supplied at the time of purchase.

As these items are custom-made, they cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly produced.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered
  • Artwork errors supplied by the customer
  • Colour differences caused by uncalibrated screens
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect material or finishing selected at checkout

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check all order details before confirming purchase.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you believe your order has been produced incorrectly or has a manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • A description of the problem

We may request return of the goods for inspection before confirming a resolution.

If the issue is confirmed as a production fault, we will reprint the item or provide a refund at our discretion. Refunds are limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Delivery damage

If goods arrive visibly damaged, note the damage with the driver where possible and notify us within 24 hours. Photographic evidence is required.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your claim.

Colour variation

Printed colours may vary from what is seen on screen. Minor colour variation is not considered a defect.

If colour accuracy is critical, we recommend requesting a printed proof before full production.

Installation issues

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation, surface preparation problems, environmental conditions, or third-party fitting.

If installation is arranged through Press North, this will be covered under the agreed installation terms.

Order cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once artwork has been processed or production has begun, cancellation is not possible.

If cancellation is accepted prior to production, administrative charges may apply.

Refund timing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
