All products are printed to order and dispatched once production is complete.

Delivery times are shown on each product page and are confirmed before checkout. Estimated delivery is based on artwork approval and order confirmation.

We do not dispatch unfinished or unchecked work.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery applies to most orders and is the default option unless otherwise stated.

Delivery is typically made on a working day between 8am and 6pm.

We use national courier and pallet networks depending on product size and weight.

Express production

Some products are eligible for faster production. Where available, express turnaround is shown on the product page and confirmed before checkout based on order size, artwork status, and production capacity.

Express is a production upgrade, not a courier guarantee.

Artwork and dispatch timing

Production time begins once:

• Full payment is received
• Print-ready artwork is supplied
• Any required checks are completed

If artwork is supplied later, production timing will adjust accordingly. We do not hold production slots without artwork unless agreed in advance.

Large format and pallet deliveries

Oversized items such as large PVC banners, board signage, or bulk quantities may be shipped via pallet.

Pallet deliveries are kerbside only.

A suitable method of unloading is required on site. This normally means a forklift truck or other appropriate lifting equipment. Drivers are not required to unload by hand.

If no suitable unloading method is available, delivery may fail and re-delivery charges may apply.

If access restrictions apply (limited access, timed delivery windows, site booking requirements), these must be confirmed before dispatch.

Split deliveries

Where orders contain multiple items with different production times, items may be dispatched separately or held and shipped together. This will be confirmed before dispatch where applicable.

Collection

Collection is available by arrangement from our Durham facility. Collection timing must be agreed in advance.
